Due to the sensitive nature of live animals, our refund and return policy is designed to protect the well-being of our monkeys while ensuring fairness to our customers.

Live Animal Policy

Because baby monkeys are live animals that require specialized care, we generally do not accept returns once the animal has been delivered or picked up. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and stability of the animals.

We encourage customers to carefully consider their decision and ensure they are fully prepared before adopting a monkey.

Health-Related Concerns

All monkeys from Exotic Monkey Home are covered by our 7-day health guarantee.

If within 7 days of delivery a licensed exotic animal veterinarian determines that your monkey has a serious pre-existing health condition, you must notify us immediately and provide written veterinary documentation.

Once the condition has been verified, we will review the situation and may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement monkey (when available)

  • A partial or full refund depending on the circumstances

  • Assistance with appropriate care guidance

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Inability to care for the monkey

  • Issues caused by improper care, feeding, or environment after delivery

  • Failure to have the monkey examined by a veterinarian within the guarantee period

Order Cancellations

If an order must be cancelled before shipping arrangements are finalized, customers should contact us as soon as possible. In some cases, a deposit may be non-refundable due to preparation and reservation costs.
